We are seeking someone who is highly motivated, with knowledge/experience of housing supply and delivery in a planning context. Working in a similar busy work environment will be an advantage.

Assisting with the housing completions monitoring with West Sussex County Council
Issuing letters and survey forms for collating land availability data using the Council’s HELAA pro-from and using systems for recording and analysing this data in order to inform the Council s’ HDT Action plan
Helping with updating the 5 year housing land supply based on the HELAA input to the Council’s Authority Monitoring Report published at the end of each year
